Can you build steel buildings in remote areas?

• Yes, because of the ease of transport this is one of the main advantages of steel buildings.
• Frames can be ordered as either a flat pack (unassembled steel pieces) or as pre-assembled frames which can be erected on site. Either method is simple, but obviously the flat pack method frames will require more time. 
• We have many customers in remote and isolated communities who have used the flatpack system as it is cheaper to manufacture and transport.

What kind of steel do you use for building?

• Blanco Building exclusively uses Australian-made BlueScope TRUECORE Steel. TRUECORE is a zinc and aluminium alloy coated steel.
• Frames made from this steel come with varying cyclone resistance, up to the highest required rating for Queensland.
• We can also provide a full set of engineered construction issue plans up to the relevant cyclonic wind rating.
  

How long does it take to manufacture a steel building?

• As with almost any construction project, the answer to this depends entirely upon the client’s unique needs and the scale of the job. Manufacturing is just one small component of the building process and we can take care of everything from Council and town planning approvals through to fit out and even civil works and landscaping.

• Delivering the steel frames and other components to a site for construction is included in our pricing and is a core part of our process. After we finish creating the building, we'll deliver it to site so our crews can begin construction.
